Petitioner husband is seeking custody of three minor children on the ground mentioned in the application. The wife of the petitioner has joined virtually from Surat. According to her statement, she is living with three children and as such there is no financial issue in bringing up the children. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel Mr. Patel, upon instructions, does not press this petition and seeks permission to avail appropriate remedy before the competent Court.
