Mr. Saptansu Basu, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be protected by an interim order till the taking of an appropriate proceeding against the order of this Court. Learned senior counsel submits that since petitioner was protected by an interim order during the pendency of this petition, the protection may be extended for a short period to enable the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings challenging order of this Court. 3. Taking into account the submission, respondent bank shall not press the execution, till November 30, 2 2026, or earlier, if the proceedings are filed earlier by the petitioner challenging the decision of this Court.
