JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 04.02.2026 Mr. M Sarma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to file a contempt application for non-compliance of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed in WP(C)No.1491/2022. 2. This Court also takes note of that till 25.02.2026, the petitioner has time in terms with Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3. Mr. NR Sarma, the learned Standing Counsel, BTC appears on behalf of the respondents. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 5. However, withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner to avail remedies under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 or even under Article 215 of the Constitution of India.
