The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of the writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) directing for grant of police protection to the petitioner for leaving peacefully at her land situated at M.S. Plot No. 2750, Ward No.18, Main Road, Lohardaga measuring an area of 30 kari equivalent to 3 decimals, and second floor area 69 kari, total 99 kari wherein house is constructed on 2300 square feet, in District Lohardaga as there is serious threat of life, liberty and property of the petitioner.” 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out her remedy in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 7.
