...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, more particularly the 4th Respondent, Controller of Examinations, CBSE, in rejecting the candidature of 19 students of the Petitioner institution on the ground of non-realization of examination fee, as communicated vide email dated 27-04-2026 issued by the Examination Section, CBSE Regional Office, Vijayawada with approval of the Competent Authority, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents to accept the improvement examination fee of f 13,440/- and permit the said students to appear for the Class X Second Board Examination 2026 in accordance with the scheduled timetable, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents, more particularly the Respondents 2 to 4 to forthwith accept the improvement examination fee of ?13,440/- pertaining to Lot One and permit the 19 students of the Petitioner institution, whose candidature has been rejected vide communication dated 27-04-2026, to appear for the Class X Second Board Examination 2026 as per the scheduled examination timetable, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
