However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the impugned order passed by the alleged contemnor dated August 14, 2026, annexure P-9 at page 8 to the supplementary affidavit in the appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the said impugned order dated August 14, 2026 and all points are kept open for the petitioner while challenging the same in appropriate proceeding. In Re: CPAN 1348 of 2024 This contempt application has already been disposed of by an order dated April 17, 2026. 3 Therefore, the Registry is directed to take steps to indicate the disposal of this contempt application in record wherever it is necessary.
