Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “1) That keeping in view of the submissions made here-in-above, that the present Writ Petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to release the arrears of revised pay from 01.01.2016 till 30.09.2021 and arrears of revised pension from 01.10.2021 till 28.02.2022 till the actual payment is made along with 9% interest. 2) That the respondents may kindly be further directed To pay the balance revised gratuity (Death Cum 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:14068 Retirement Gratuity) of the Petitioner, revised leave encashment, along with interest rate of 9% rate of interest per annum, to be recovered from the official who was responsible for delay in releasing the due and admissible claim of the petitioner.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 18.05.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the petitioner herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
