Mr. Narendra Bali, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The present criminal misc. application is filed with the prayer to set-aside and quash the non-bailable warrant dated 10.04.2026, issued against the applicant by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital. 3. In this case, applicant has challenged the order dated 10.06.2026, whereby, non- bailable warrants have been issued issued against the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that notices of the above complaints were never received or served upon the applicant. 5. To the contrary, perusal of the ordersheet would reveal that the learned Magistrate, in its order dated 06.02.2025, have held that service on the present applicant is sufficient. Thereafter, bailable warrants were issued. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that he is ready and willing to pay the amount of the cheque, which is alleged to have been dishonoured. 7. Considering the above facts and purely in the interest of justice, applicant is hereby directed to appear before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramnagar, District Nainital in Criminal Case No. 838 of 2024. If the applicant appears before the court concerned on the next date fixed i.e. on 16.05.2026, then, non-bailable warrant dated 10.04.2026, issued against him shall be kept in abeyance. 8.
