Vakalath is filed on behalf of second respondent No.2. Same is taken on record.
2. The petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.34977/2026 before the Additional XXXIX Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Bengaluru arising from Crime No.160/2023.
3. The charge sheet is filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 an 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').

5. It is submitted that the husband and wife are now living together and the wife does not intend to prosecute the matter. The wife who is present before the Court submits that she intends to stay with the husband. The petitioner who is present before the Court also submits that the dispute is settled.
6. Application is filed under Section 482 read with Section 320(2) and Section 320(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application is supported by the joint affidavit of the petitioner and the second respondent.
7. The parties who are present before the Court submit that they do not wish to prosecute the matter.
8. Since the parties are residing together as husband and wife, the Court does not deem it appropriate to direct for trial and the application is allowed. Hence, the following:
ORDER
