Notices to respondents No.2 to 4 is dispensed with. 3. It is submitted that charge sheet is filed in the year 2016. However, the trial has not commenced. The jurisdictional police shall also take necessary steps to execute the warrant issued by the Trial Court. 6. In case respondents no.2 to 4 are aggrieved by this order, is at liberty to move the application or modification of this order. 7.
