This writ petition is pending since the year 2014. 2. It appears from the record that in the month of February, 2014, direction was given to the State to obtain proper instructions from the Officer-in-Charge, Maniktala Police Station. Thereafter, in the year 2022, on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned and since thereafter, this writ petition never appeared before the Court and no order was passed. 3.
