Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been adjudicated by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.7777 of 2025, titled, Deepak Gupta vs. State of H.P. and others, and he would be satisfied, in case, direction is issued to the respondents to consider his claim in view of the dictum laid down by this Court in the aforementioned judgment. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 that, in case, the aforementioned judgment has been implemented and has attained finality, the respondents- Corporation will have no objection to consider the claim of the petitioner, provided that the facts of the petitioner are same and similar to that of Deepak Gupta’s case (supra). 3. In view of the said stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents-Corporation, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-Corporation to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the directions given by this Court in the Deepak Gupta’s case (supra) and if the petitioner is similarly situated, the benefits shall be extended to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. 4.
