Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Nalbari P.S. Case No. 15/2026 registered under various sections of law. The FIR Page No.# 2/3 dated 20.01.2026 reveals that the petitioner operates a structured syndicate targeting individuals to act as money mules and that to maintain control over the funds, the syndicate operates from different bases across Nalbari and that the petitioner has been organizing the crime syndicate, which has caused immense financial and mental distress to others particularly to the informant, who is his friend and who also deal with online gaming. Mr. S. Muktar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of 22 years of age and the informant is a friend of him, who had suffered some losses due to the online gaming and as a result of which, he lodged the ejahar against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a regular student and further detention would hamper his carrier. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the person, who was running the syndicate network with multiple unknown members and to unearth those unknown members, the petitioner may not be released on bail. On consideration of the submissions made at the bar more so, due to the fact that the petitioner was only 22 year of age and that his statement was recorded by the police, this Court deems it fit that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM, Nalbari under the following conditions: i) The petitioner will appear before the Trial Court as and when call for. ii) The petitioner will not influence the witnesses connected with the case.
