There is no material on record to indicate that the industries against which the Petitioner 2 / 2 makes a grievance, have been illegally erected and are illegally carrying out the manufacturing process for years. The Petitioner does not even know whether the industries have a Factory’s Licence. In the absence of any information, baseless allegations have been made against the Respondents on the pretext that the Petitioner is a member of the Para Panchayat Samiti. We, therefore, expressed our disinclination. 2. The Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 3.
