For an appropriate writ in nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith send to this Hon’ble Court all records appertaining to the advertisement issued vide advertisement no. 13/2023 wherein advertisements for the post of Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6-8) was advertised for appointment of – nos. of Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6-8) in different categories as well as 2026:JHHC:8770 2 for different Districts in the state of Jharkhand and; II. Thereafter a further prayer is being made before this Hon’ble Court for a direction upon the respondent no. 3 & 4 to consider the case of this petitioner for being appointed to the post of Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6-8) in the Para Teacher quota for which he had applied and also as because he is physically challenged and as such had also applied under the said quota for being appointed to the post of Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6-8) in the Para Teacher’s Quota and; III. A further prayer is being made before this Hon’ble Court for a direction upon the respondents particularly Respondent no. 3 & 4 to grant appointment letter to the petitioner of the Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6- 8) in the Para Teacher’s Quota for which he is eligible and has fulfilled all the necessary eligibility criteria for the same and; IV. A further prayer is being made before this Hon’ble court as to how the amended result dated 26.9.2025 has been published by the respondetns without having the name/roll no. of the petitioner although his name was to be published in the same because of his selection in the said examination and his name was published in the Non-Para Teacher as being selected for the said post where vide the result dated 9.8.2025 his name appears in the column of District Palamau having Roll No.113295404 (DD) and; V. A further prayer is being made before this 2026:JHHC:8770 3 Hon’ble Court for grant of appointment to the petitioner to the post of Sahayak Acharya (Trained Graduate Teacher, Social Science, Class 6-8) within the District of Palamau as he has acquired all the necessary qualifications and eligibility conditions which are required to be done in law;“ 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. The petitioner claims that he has obtained more marks than the last selected candidate but his candidature has not been considered by the respondent – JSSC. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondent – Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), submits that the petitioner has not submitted his 12th Pass Certificate, thus his case was not considered. 5. Learned counsel representing the petitioner opposes the aforesaid period and submits that along with the representation, all the documents were submitted. 6. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the respondent – JSSC, to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed. 6.1. If it is found that the petitioner has submitted all the documents within the time limit fixed by the JSSC, the case of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate order will be passed. 6.2. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:8770 4 6.3. The entire process should be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation. 7.
