Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for one year nine months and till date the case has not been committed to the Court of Sessions. Learned advocate for the State submits that one of the accused person is still absconding for which the case could not be proceeded. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate in siesin of the case is directed to exhaust the process of law within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this Court, split up the trial of the case and commit the case to the Court of Sessions at the earliest. Having considered the aforesaid, at this stage the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail at the appropriate stage. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 2021 of 2025 is dismissed. State is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
