Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for initiating criminal prosecution by transforming Zero FIR dated 16th August, 2026 into a regular FIR by the concerned police authorities. It is submitted that petitioner was abducted and case of abduction needs to be investigated upon in a particular manner by separate agency. 3. Basis of case is complaint dated 16th August, 2026 and on perusal of same it appears that in course of employment of petitioner in Bihar petitioner found that she was trapped. 4. Communication dated 15th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Chakdah Police Station also discloses that alleged incident took place 2 at Dhumnagar, Tola Chandpur, P.O.- Narkatiaganj, P.S.-Shikarpur, West Champarti, Betia, Bihar. Copies of communication dated 15th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Chakdah Police Station filed today are made over to the learned advocates representing petitioner and private respondents. 5. On receipt of complaint from the petitioner dated 16th August, 2026 Zero FIR was registered on the same date on 16th August, 2026 against accused persons and on compliance of formalities Zero FIR with the complaint was transmitted to SHO Shikarpur, West Champarti, Betia, Bihar. 6. If at this stage, on accepting contention made on behalf of petitioner Inspector-in-charge, Chakdaha Police Station is directed to take steps for investigation of the complaint dated 16th August, 2026 afresh in that event steps taken by the concerned police authority of Bihar while investigating the case will be frustrated. 7. If petitioner finds that it is a case of abduction or human trafficking in that event petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum having territorial jurisdiction taking note of occurrence of alleged incident in Bihar. 8.
