1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 and 484 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 for grant of regular bail, in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No.46 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 17(c)/18(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985., which is pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are absolutely innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. They have falsely been implicated in the present case.
3. It has further been contended that there is no recovery from the physical and conscious possession of the petitioners. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.
4. Submission has also been made that the co-accused person, namely, Sohar Ganjhu has been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 13.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4150 of 2025.

5. Further, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since
11.11.2025.
6. On the other hand, learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the Opp. Party-State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.
7. This Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the first information report.
8. It appears from the material available on record that since the similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Sohar Ganjhu has been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 13.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.4150 of 2025, therefore, there is no reason to take distinct view so far as the case of the present petitioners is concerned.
9. This Court, taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, is of the view that the present application deserves to be allowed.
10. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands allowed.
11. In consequence thereof, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribag, in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No.46 of 2025 with the condition that the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall not absent themselves on the date fixed without any cogent cause. In failure, the learned trial court is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law so that the trial be not hindered.
