The offences are under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 "(BNS)". 5. The petitioner is present before the Court. The second respondent is present before the Court. 6. The Court has perused the contents of the complaint and the charge sheet is not yet filed. 7. The complainant who is present before the Court submits that he has no intention to proceed further and prosecute the petitioner. 8. It is noticed from the contents of the complaint that it appears that there was a sudden scuffle and there is no serious injury inflicted on the complainant.
