And In the matter of : Sk. Rajab Ali ……Petitioner. Mr. Suman Chakraborty ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Rajashree Venket Kundalia Ms. Supriya Mahajan ….for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 233 days. There is no possibility of the trial being concluded in near future. As such, petitioner be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State submits that victim is the wife of the present petitioner who was assaulted to death. The materials collected thickly shows complicity of the petitioner. Petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 1832 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
