The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramna PS Case No.144 of 2023, for offence registered under section 406, 409, 420, 34 of IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that Pintu Singh and Maheshwar Maurya are said to be the employees of Micro Finance Company and they have approached the informant demanding money for providing loan and those persons have given the mobile number of the petitioner to the informant. He next submits that the petitioners have nothing to do with the said demand and further the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that mobile number of the petitioner was given by above two persons to 2026:JHHC:3210 2 the informant. 5. Considering that the petitioner has not approached the informant and the mobile number has been given by other two persons, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Ramna PS Case No.144 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
