On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued CSR No.860 of 2026. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 14.06.2026. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.
