Petitioner was appointed as Lecturer in Government Inter College at Dasau, Block Chakrata, District Dehradun, vide order dated 09.11.2017. By means of this writ petition, she has sought a direction to the Competent Authority to consider her claim for transfer to anyone of the accessible place mentioned in her option form. The option form, submitted by petitioner, is on record as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that as per policy, every teacher is required to indicate ten places in order of preference. He submits that petitioner has indicated only five places in her option form, therefore, option form, submitted by petitioner, cannot be considered. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will submit fresh option form, indicating choice for ten places in order of preference. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation, enclosing therewith her option form, indicating choice for ten different schools in order 2026:UHC:3253 of preference. If she makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
