Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, confines his submissions to the limited extent to seek liberty to file a representation before the competent authority, more particularly in light of the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12840/2025 titled as Indira Kanwar Vs. State of Rajashtan and Others, and also in light of the moka report dated 16.12.2025, final report dated 31.10.2025 in FIR No.0208
[2026:RJ-JP:9938] (2 of 2) [CW-3924/2026] dated 10.10.2025, Didwana Police Station and report of Tehsildar, Didwana dated 24.12.2025. In the event of any such representation being filed, the same be duly considered and decided within a period of 15 days, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. Needless to say, this order has been passed only to decide the petitioner’s representation strictly in accordance with law and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the said representation in a particular manner.
