Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners on instruction submits that since amicable settlement between the parties could not succeed, the petitioners want to withdraw the instant revisional application along with the connected applications with liberty to file afresh and therefore he prays for passing necessary order. 2. In view of above, CRR 5556 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if instructed on different grounds. 3.
