Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12774 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., once a week until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
