1. Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.
2. Heard the learned Counsels for both the parties.
3. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 166 of 2024 from the Court of the learned District and Session Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to the Court of the learned District Judge at Suri, Birbhum.
4. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides at Vill- Piashula, Post Office-Bishnupur Kulkuri, P.S. Md. Bazar, Dist-Birbhum, Pin-731127.
5. On the other hand the opposite party/husband resides at Pronami Apartment, Rince Park, Jadavpur, P.S. Garfa, Kolkata-700099 and has filed the Suit in the Court at Alipore.
6. Affidavit in opposition shows that the opposite party/husband suffers from various ailments. There are documents which show an address at Durgapur, where the petitioner is prima facie living.

7. The learned counsel for the wife/petitioner submits that the petitioner was residing at Durgapur after the problems in her marriage and she had once again taken up her education. As the opposite party resides in Kolkata, he filed the matrimonial suit at Alipore, but it appears that he too has an address at Durgapur.
8. Keeping in mind convenience of the parties herein the Matrimonial Suit no. 166 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of the learned District and Session Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.
9. The learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.
10. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman, shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made.
11. CO 2101 of 2024 stands disposed of.
12. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.
13. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
