Mishra, Advocate. 02/ 30.01.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 329(4), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 3 and 4 of Daain (Witch) Craft Practices Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are cousin brother and altercation took place due to taking of money of rent of tower installed on a plot. He next submits that now good sense has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised between the parties in the light of annexure-3. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that petitioners and informant are cousin brother and altercation took place due to taking of money of rent of tower installed on a plot and the matter has been compromised between the parties in the ( 2026:JHHC:2460 ) light of annexure-3, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Godda, in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.30.01.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
