Respondent No.2 though served, is not represented. 3. The petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.6/2026 on the file of the JMFC, Malur for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 133, 352, 74, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. It is submitted that the investigation against the petitioner no.3 was stayed by this Court and there was no stay against the remaining petitioners. The Police have investigated the matter and have filed the 'B' report in respect of the incident in favour of the remaining petitioners. 5. It is submitted that the petitioner No.3 was also said to be involved in the alleged incident and the Police have given a report stating that alleged incident has not taken place. 6.
