2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar to issue Saguvali Chit in respect of the land in question, based on the decision taken by the Regularization Committee to grant the said land in favour of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has made representation dated 01.07.2026 produced as Annexure-C.
4. In view of the above, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are
directed to consider the representation at Annexure-C and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, at the earliest, but not later than four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, after verifying the original records.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
