Upamanya, learned Standing Counsel for the Health & Family Welfare Department, for the respondent No. 7. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to release an amount of Rs. 4,37,839/- (Rupees Four Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-Nine only) to the petitioner towards the medical reimbursement bill in respect of her Page No.# 3/3 late husband, which was sanctioned on 23.02.2024. 3. Mr. P. P. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, by placing on record the communication dated 23.01.2026 from the Joint Director, Secondary Education, Assam, submits that the Inspector of Schools, Dhubri District Circle, Dhubri, has been requested to instruct the concerned DDO to draw and disburse the re-sanctioned amount to the petitioner through her bank account, after observing all prescribed formalities. Specific directions have been issued for payment in favour of the petitioner, namely, Mahfuza Khatun, wife of late Kasmat Ali Sheikh, Retired Subject Teacher of S.P. H.S. School, District-Dhubri, being the cost of medicines and other hospital charges incurred for her late husband’s treatment. 4. In view of the above and as agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, no issued is survived to be determined in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. 5. It is needless to provide that the respondent authorities shall disburse the amount of Rs. 4,37,839/- (Rupees Four Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-Nine only) to the petitioner expeditiously and the petitioner shall cooperate with the concerned authorities so as to facilitate the process of disbursement. 6.
