JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner had appeared on 21.09.2026 and was given their SSLC and PUC original marks cards. It is submitted that their obligation has been discharged. 2. Insofar as the transfer certificate of the respondent-institution is concerned, it is stated that though the same was offered to be returned, however, the petitioner has refused it and insisted for the issuance of 12th class transfer certificate. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010431402026 NC: 2026:KHC:52130 WP No. 19841 of 2026 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-institution submits that such transfer certificate would continue to be in the custody of the institution. 4. In light of the stand of the respondent’s institution, and noticing that the grievance regarding returning of all educational testimonials has been fulfilled while regarding transfer certificate explanations made by the respondent which deserves acceptance, no further orders are called for, hence, the proceedings are disposed of accordingly. 5.
