By order dated 04.04.2008, the Member, Board of Revenue allowed the OSS Case No.163 of 2004 by directing the Tahasildar to do the needful. The following direction was issued:- “15. In view of above, the review orders dated 31.12.2001 of Tahasildar, Balasore in Review Misc. Case No.2208/1999 and orders of Sub-Collector, Balasore dated 09.03.2004 in Mutation Appeal Case No.07/2002 both are quashed. The order dated 25.09.1998 of Tahasildar, Balasore in Mutation Case No.446/1998 are also quashed. Tahasildar, Balasore will process a fresh the mutation application in the Mutation Case No.446/1998 and shall pass the appropriate orders in accordance with law in the same case record. No fresh mutation case shall be registered for this purpose.” 3. Though, such order was passed way back in April, 2008 the same, it is stated, has not been implemented as yet. 4. The petitioner claims to have submitted multiple representations before the Tahasildar but to no avail. 5. Considering the above facts, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Balasore to carry out the above mentioned directions of the Member, Board of Revenue within Lokanath Rana .… Petitioner Represented by Mr. S.S.
