Copies of the said communication are made over to the learned advocates representing petitioner and private respondents. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication that based on complaint lodged an FIR was registered being Bongaon Police Station Case No.719/2026 dated 5th September, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS, 2023.
