Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader has brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner's earlier bail application in Crl.P.No.7709/2026 was dismissed as not pressed by this Court on 15.07.2026, unconditionally. Trial in the case is at the fag end and is likely to be completed within a period of another three months. He submits that, at this stage, if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, the progress of trial is likely to be hampered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the case within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before this Court. 5. The said submission is placed on record. 6.
