In this batch of writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the letter dated 07.01.2022 and further they have sought direction to the respondents to include their names in the seniority list. 2. The facts in brief are that the petitioners were appointed as Assistant Teachers. Subsequently, they were promoted to the post of Upper Division Teachers. The respondent No. 3 issued a letter dated 07.01.2022 with intent to prepare seniority list of Assistant Teacher (LB) E/T, Assistant Teacher (E/T), Teacher (LB) and the criteria for inclusion of names in the gradation list was experience of five years, and subsequently, it was relaxed by the State to the period of three years. 10 3. Mr. Atul Kesharwani and Ms. Bharti Khunte would submit that respondent No. 3 in impugned notice mentioned Teacher (LB) and post of Teacher (LB) are the post held by the Shiksha Karmis. It is contended that if Teacher (LB) cadre are also considered for promotion, the right of the petitioners, who are Upper Division Teachers would adversely be affected. It is further submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to make representations before the respondent authorities, and in turn, the said authorities may be directed to decide it in objective manner within stipulated time. 4. On the other hand, Mr. Keshav Gupta, Advocate appearing for the State would oppose. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Kesharwani and Ms. Khunte, these petitions are disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to make detailed representations before the respondent No. 3, and in turn, the said authority is directed to consider and decide the representations so made by the petitioners in objective manner preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. The authority concerned shall include the names of the petitioners in the gradation list if they are eligible according to existing rules. 7.
