ORAL ORDER
1. Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.31/2026 registered by Nanjanagudu Town Police Station, Mysuru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 352, 351(3), 79, 115(2), 118(1), 109 & 190 of BNS, 2023, are before this Court in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. FIR in Crime No.31/2026 was registered by Nanjanagudu Town Police Station, Mysuru District for the aforesaid offences against petitioners herein and others, based on the first information dated 02.04.2026 received from Saddam S/o Abdul Jabbar. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioners herein had approached the jurisdictional

Sessions Court and their bail application was rejected. Therefore, they are before this Court.
4. A reading of the first information would go to show that specific overt acts are not alleged against any one of the accused in the present case. Accused Nos.3 and 5 have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.7377/2026 by
order dated
29.05.2026. Subsequently, accused Nos.4 and 6 to 8 were also granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.8331/2026 C/w Crl.P.Nos.8332/2026 and 8392/2026
disposed off on
24.07.2026. The allegation against the petitioners herein and accused, who have been granted anticipatory bail in the present case are similar. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, I am of the opinion that their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be allowed on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the following order:-
5. The petition is allowed. The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioners in the event of their arrest in Crime No.31/2026 registered by Nanjanagudu Town Police Station,

Mysuru District, for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 352, 351(3), 79, 115(2), 118(1), 109 & 190 of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.
2. Petitioners shall regularly appear before the Trial Court without fail unless exempted by the Trial Court for valid reasons.
3. Petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and they shall co-operate with the police for investigation and appear before them whenever called upon.
4. The petitioners shall not involve in similar offences in future.
