FAT 1672 of 1991
Mihir Kumar Biswas Vs. Smt. Pradipta Biswas (Nee Sengupta) & Anr.
None appears on behalf of the parties nor is any adjournment prayed for even in the second call. This matter was appearing in the Warning List and the appellant had sufficient notice that the same would be taken up for hearing. It appears from the records that the defects pointed out by the Department as far back as in 1992 have not been cured. In view of the above, FAT 1672 of 1991 stands dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
