The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025. It has been alleged that the two vehicles were set on fire by the extremists and firing was also made. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on his self-confession rendered in Keredari P.S. Case No.114 of 2025. In fact, the recovery of arms and ammunitions were made from the petitioner in Keredari P.S. Case No.114 of 2025. It appears that the co- accused, Dharam Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.11345 of 2025. Though the learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner in custody since 26.08.2025, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S.
