Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- 10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant in accordance with the Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited Conduct, Discipline, Appeal and Recruitment Rules, 2021 in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner from the date of his immediate juniors were promoted, with all consequential benefits including seniority and notional fixation of pay, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances may also be provided to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Junior Assistant on 11.08.2011 ans is confirmed on service on 26.08.2013 and since then petitioner is continuously working on the said post and has become eligible for promotion on the post of Assistant. Though the name of petitioner was considered but he was not promoted and junior to petitioner in gradation list were promoted and superseded the petitioner, aggrieved 3 / 3 by which petitioner has submitted representation before respondent no. 3, which is still pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 to 4 submits that according to her oral instructions some enquiry was pending consideration in which petitioner was inflicted order of punishment also. She however, submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on representation Annexure P-7 dated 04.04.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
