Complaining illegal construction at holding No. 27, Woodburn Road, Ward No. IX, Nabadwip Municipality at the behest of the private respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the instant writ petition has been filed. 3. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and though the learned advocate for the respondent No. 4 would submit that due permission is available with him from the municipality for carrying out construction work, I am of the view that since a complaint is pending at the end of the municipal authorities, the municipal authorities should hear out and decide the complaint by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law upon hearing the interested parties. 4.
