The learned Government Advocate submitted that after registration of the F.I.R., witnesses LW1 to LW8 examined, thereafter the case was closed as ‘Mistake of Fact’ in R.C.No.75 of 2024 and RCS notice served to the petitioner on 08.06.2026. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he is not aware about serving of the RCS notice. He is certain that RCS notice served by force and compulsion. 4. Whatever may be the reason, the case is now closed as ‘Mistake of Fact’.
