Sri C.V. Kumar, learned counsel appearing for Mrs.Bhushani Kumar, Advocate for petitioner submits that marriage of petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 04.09.2014 at Chennai. Thereafter they led marital life, during which a son was born on 10.03.2016. Subsequently, due to matrimonial discord, M.C.no.142/2018 came to be filed before Family Court at Mysore for divorce. In said petition, petitioner had filed petition for transfer of C.P.no.134/2018 for transfer, which came to be allowed and divorce petition transferred. However, there was settlement between parties and divorce petition was withdrawn. But, due to subsequent discord, - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010584242026 NC: 2026:KHC:51398 CP No. 294 of 2026 respondent has filed M.C.no.181/2026 before III Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Mysore. 3. Sri G.B. Sharath Gowda, learned counsel submits that he is representing respondent before Family Court and had also represented respondent before this Court in earlier petition for transfer and undertakes to file vakalath in this petition also. On instructions, learned counsel submits that respondent would have no objection for transfer. A Memo is filed to said effect. 4. Heard learned counsel and perused petition. 5. This petition is for transfer of proceedings in MC no.181/2026 on file of III Addl. Prl. Family Court, Mysore to Family Court at Bengaluru. 6. Learned counsel for respondent has filed memo on instructions consenting for transfer. In view of consent, petition would succeed. 7. Hence, petition is allowed, proceedings in M.C. no.181/2026 on file of III Addl. Prl.
