JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR ORAL JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. 2. It is seen vide order dated 10.06.2022, learned counsel for the respondent had reported the death of the respondent. The matter was adjourned to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. Three weeks' time was granted. 3. Despite four years having lapsed, no steps are taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record. I do not find any good ground or cogent reason to adjourn the matter, as the appeal abates in view of the death of the sole respondent. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
