Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 3. 3. Notice to respondent No.4 is waived, as direction sought for is as against respondent No.2. 4. In terms of Annexure-C, respondent No.4 has requested the respondent No.2 to consider the request for grant of validity certificate relating to educational testimonials after examining the original certificates. 5. Though it is submitted that such request has been made on 07.05.2026, till date the respondent No.2 has not taken any action in considering the request. Learned Government Advocate submits that in light of the limited request made, the request at Annexure-C would be considered as is permissible in law and appropriate orders will be passed. 7. Respondent No.2 to examine the request at Annexure-C and pass appropriate orders within a period not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 9.
