Though there are two petitioners have filed the present writ application but during pendency of the present writ application, the name of the petitioner No. 1 has been included in the voter list but the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.2 has not been taken up for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.2 as early as possible. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.2 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 2 4. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities.
