Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the present petitioner and he is in custody for 100 days. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that it was in the house from where recovery was effected and the petitioner was arrested subsequently. As the investigating of the case is still in progress, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1751 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
