The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicant/respondent No.1(e), namely Rakesh Kumar, for release of the awarded amount of compensation, as per his share, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant/respondent No.1(e).
2. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant submitted that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicant/respondents No.1(e) as no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 14.06.2023, passed by this Court and the award has attained finality.
3. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of applicant/respondent No.1(e), this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of the applicant/ respondent No.1(e), as per his share in the total amount of
compensation, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-2 of the application.
The application stands disposed of.
