The petitioner participated in NEET (UG) 2026 examination. This is the third attempt of the petitioner. 2. She has annexed two score cards in the writ petition and submits that both score cards were available in the website of the authority. The petitioner intends to ascertain which is the proper score card. 3. Learned advocate representing National Testing Agency submits, upon instruction that the score cards annexed at page 38 of the writ petition is a fake one and the other annexed at page 44 is correct. 4. The OMR sheet and the calculation sheet of the petitioner have been produced. The same are taken 2 on record. Copy of the same have been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court. 5. It has been submitted that proper score card of the petitioner was duly forwarded via electronic mail to the petitioner by the National Testing Agency. 6. According to NTA, the petitioner has adopted illegal method to approach the writ Court. NTA intends to take steps against the petitioner in accordance with law. 7. As the proper OMR sheet and the score card have been handed over to the petitioner in Court today, no further issue remains to be decided in the instant writ petition. 8. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 9. It will be open for the respondent authorities to take steps against the petitioner in accordance with law, if so advised. 10. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 11. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
