This petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed seeking Page No.# 2/2 bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 508/2025 u/s 22(C)/29 NDPS Act and Azara P.S Case No. 147/2025 u/s 22(C)/29 of NDPS Case. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 06.10.2025. A bail petition has been preferred before this Court being B.A No.3926/2025, which was withdrawn by the petitioner to file afresh bail application before the learned Trial Court since the charge-sheet had been submitted during the pendency of B.A No. 3926/2025. 4. A scanned copy of the TCR as requisition has been received and perused. 5. Having gone through the material available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 6.
